Registering your Studio Print

Please follow these simple steps for registering your studio:

  1. Download and print the Competition Registration Form, Addendum (if needed), and Routine Entry Form.  Complete one Routine Entry Form for each routine.
  2. Write in the total entry fees for your studio on the bottom of the Competition Registration Form.  You may download an Excel calculator to help you determine the fees as well as determine the average age of your dancers.
  3. Mail your completed forms and payment to:

MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: A DANCE XTRAORDINAIRE.  You may wish to make copies of your forms for your records.
