What time should we arrive?Doors open usually 30 minutes prior to the event starting. We do ask that you enter through the audience entrance between numbers to be respectful of all performers. Can I film the performance?To honor all choreographers and their creativity, as well as the distraction to performers,we ask that there be no videotaping or flash photography of any kind in the auditorium. There will be a videographer filming every routine the day of our competition. How can I prepare for the time schedule & lineup?ADX sends out a complete Teacher Packet with all information to the Studio Director/Teacher one week prior to the event. You will also find most schedules on this site one week in advance of the competition. How do I turn in music?This is usually handled by the Teacher or Studio Director; however, if you are the one submitting the music for the performance, be sure to ask your Teacher for the preprinted music labels with the studio code, entry number, and name of the routine that were mailed to your studio in the Teacher Packet one week prior to the competition. This situation will be eliminated if you are entering a routine as an Independent Entry, in which case, the Teacher Packet will be sent directly to the address listed on the original Entry Form. How do I purchase trophies and awards?There will be a limited number of trophies & awards available to purchase at the ADX Store. Also, there will be an order form available at the ADX store and in our Event Program.
